AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF USE


These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to website located at and the LimeLitt app or any other social media platform, products, services connected to LimeLitt (“Site”/ “Website”). The Site is the property of “LimeLitt” and its license holders.

BINDING AGREEMENT

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

‘LimeLitt’ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site, and the LimeLitt app or any other social media platform connected to LimeLitt, following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, ‘LimeLitt’ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

LimeLitt may use third-party payment gateways on the Site, for all transactions conducted through such third-party gateways shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party gateways. You are to refer to the terms and conditions of the third-party gateways to understand their rights and liabilities with respect to such transactions.
