Having started his career in the Market Research division of J. Walter Thompson, Pratap held senior marketing and leadership positions in multinational companies like Eastman Kodak, The Bata Shoe Company, E&Y, KPMG and Heidrick & Struggles. Having lived and worked in Indonesia, Nigeria, Singapore, India, travelling all over the Asia Pacific & Middle East region, Pratap was based in Moscow from 1992 to 1994 as Head of Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young in Russia.
