A US Partner with KPMG in Singapore as Head of Global Markets for the Asia Pacific region for 7 years, Pratap sat on the oversight Board of KPMG India. Having started his career in the Market Research division of J. Walter Thompson, Pratap held senior marketing and leadership positions in multinational companies like Eastman Kodak, The Bata Shoe Company, E&Y, KPMG and Heidrick & Struggles. Having lived and worked in Indonesia, Nigeria, Singapore, India, travelling all over the Asia Pacific & Middle East region, Pratap was based in Moscow from 1992 to 1994 as Head of Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young in Russia.
